NOTE:

If your machine showing red light, please get pod and check at first:

1) The outlet hole of pods was blocked by grinds after cleaning.

2) Too fine grinds will block the outlet and comes out al ittle coffee.

3) Too loose or coarse grinds cause weak coffee, suggest to add Illy or Lavazza in full and tamp it tightly.

To confirm the best result of our pods,you could add the original capsule's grind into our pods, press it tightly to brew a nice cup to check. After that you will know more about the fineness, degree of tightness, freshness and the amount of coffee grind.
